Planet of the Crepes is Tucson's premier mobile creperie — food truck only, no storefront — cooking sweet and savory crepes to order wherever the truck lands.

01 · The idea

Crepes are like a blank slate.

Created and made to order. That is why the menu runs from two eggs and applewood bacon to fig jam with aged Manchego and smoked duck, and from lemon curd to a jalapeño popper — the crepe carries whatever it is given.

It is also why the truck's globe says world domination. One crepe at a time.

All-natural peanut butter, blueberries and whipped cream in a crepe made special for your canine. It is on the menu as the Puppy Treat, $7.
